Diana Burkett

Energy Efficiency Communications Associate

Diana Burkett is the Energy Efficiency Communications Associate at the Pew Center on Global Climate Change. Ms. Burkett coordinates the communications efforts for the launch of the Corporate Energy Efficiency Strategies Report and the related 2010 conference. The project includes an ad campaign, media outreach, event coordination and materials development.

Ms. Burkett comes to Pew with a strong background in communications. She has previously worked at the Chandler Chicco Agency as a PR Specialist and Edelman Public Relations as an Assistant Account Executive focusing on developing and implementing communications program strategies and tactics.

Ms. Burkett is originally from Romania and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and German from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and a Master’s of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.
