Michael Tubman is the Congressional Affairs Fellow for the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, where he tracks, analyzes, and engages in Congressional activity responding to climate change. He works with the Vice President for Federal Government Outreach on direct communication between the Center and the U.S. Congress.
Mr. Tubman comes to the Pew Center with experience in environment, energy, and climate policy in the offices of Alaska Governors Knowles, Murkowski, Palin, and Parnell. He also has environmental policy experience from consulting for the World Bank and conducting development work in West Africa. Mr. Tubman holds a Masters of Arts in International Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
