Connecticut to Adopt CA Vehicle Standards

CT:  On May 4, 2004, Governor John G. Rowland signed the Clean Car Act, PA 04-84, requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to adopt regulations implementing California’s vehicle emissions standards, and to keep the Connecticut regulations current with changes California makes.  The standards take effect in Connecticut starting with 2008 model year vehicles.
