Maine to Adopt CA Vehicle Standards

ME:  In December 2005, the Board of Environmental Protection adopted amendments to Chapter 127, New Motor Vehicle Emission Standards, which incorporated California's vehicle emissions standards for new motor vehicles sold in Maine.
