Oregon to Adopt CA Vehicle Standards

OR:  In December 2005, the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission (EQC) adopted temporary rules requiring Oregon to meet California's vehicle emissions standards.  On June 22, 2006, the EQC permanently adopted rules requiring all new motor vehicles sold in Oregon to meet California's vehicle emissions standards beginning with model year 2009.
