Florida to Adopt 10-percent Biofuel Mandate

On June 25, 2008, Governor Charlie Crist signed into law House Bill 7135, which established the Florida Renewable Fuel Standard.  Under the standard, most automobile gasoline must contain 10 percent ethanol by December 31, 2010.
