Congressional Affairs Fellow

James Warner is the Congressional Affairs Fellow at the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, where he provides Congress with information on all aspects of climate change, from basic science to policy solutions.

Mr. Warner is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he received a Master’s degree in International Relations through the school’s Strategic Studies department. Before SAIS, Mr. Warner served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala, and worked for the Department of Parks in New York City. Mr. Warner holds an M.A. (Hons) from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, in International Relations and Social Anthropology.
